The Cairns City Kennel Club Inc, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of the Management Committee and Office Bearers for 2024 will be held at the Cairns City Kennel Club clubhouse, 11 Quigley Street, Parramatta Park on Saturday, 3 February 2024, commencing at 6:00 pm with social drinks and a light supper followed by the AGM commencing at 7:00 pm.
Please remember, that to be eligible to vote at the AGM and to be elected as an office bearer or committee member, you must have paid your annual membership fee by 31 January 2024 and have been a member for at least 3 months.

Election of office bearers and management committee
In accordance with Rule 7.8 of the Rules of Association, nominations for office bearers and the management committee will close at midnight on Saturday, 20 January 2024. Life Membership
Life Membership is the highest honor awarded to a member of the Cairns City Kennel Club. The nominee must have completed at least six (6) years of continuous meritorious and conspicuous service. Nominations close at midnight on Saturday, 20 January 2024. Nominate a member for Life Membership.
