Volunteer of the year

The Volunteer of the Year Award is presented in recognition of excellence in voluntary service to the Cairns City Kennel Club and is intended to increase the awareness and appreciation of the enormous contributions our volunteers make to our club.

The nominee:

• demonstrates and upholds our club values: Respect, Responsibility, Teamwork, Sportsmanship
• contributes their time and effort selflessly
• is a role model for other volunteers and members
• goes above and beyond, and
• has made a positive impact on the club.

The award is not seeking to identify the “best volunteer” – rather the award recipient will be an ambassador for all volunteers.

The winner will be announced at the Annual Awards Presentation Night each year.
